Don’t fall for the other companies that offer low inspection fees, they are just trying to get into your home to up-sell your parts that are unnecessary and do not have your best interest in mine (only your money)

Our Inspection and Tune up Services include:

Checking all motors (indoor & outdoor) for bearing play,
Check to make sure both blower wheel and outdoor fan blade are in balance and are not affecting motors,
Check all electrical connections on both indoor and outdoor units and fix minor issues,
Check pressures in both heating and cooling and also take super heat and sub-cooling readings,
Check all proper entry points (disconnects, contractors, capacitors, relays and thermostats),
Change filters (customers supplied) while on site and also check all supply and return air ducts for any signs of damage,
We will also wash outdoor and indoor coils (indoor in place only – removal will be extra) and blow out primary and secondary drain lines
